Shima Jafari Accredited Exercise Physiologist Shima is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Sports Science who is passionate about helping people improve their health, mobility, and quality of life through personalised exercise programs.

She works with patients of all ages to support the management of chronic conditions, injury rehabilitation, pain management, and improving strength, balance, and mobility. Shima believes in providing evidence-based care tailored to each patient's individual needs, empowering them to achieve long-term health and wellbeing. Shima speaks English and Farsi, allowing her to provide accessible and culturally sensitive care to our diverse community.
